this is the day that you have made, I will rejoice & be glad in it. Thank you for rising me this morning & giving me another chance at life. Today I choose to be happy despite what the day may bring because I know that whatever I face you are with me.
Lord bless all your people and help them remember that they belong to you & that in you is comfort, peace & joy.
Thank you Lord for looking beyond my short comings and seeing my heart. Accept my prayer & hear my pleas in Jesus name amen
Isn’t it true that the very thing you most want to accomplish is the very thing that is the hardest. For example, losing weight; why is it that the last 3-5 lbs are the hardest too get rid of?
the word I leave with you today is this ” if it’s worth having is worth working for”
when u read the book of Esther u learn of Esther. She had the challenge of going before the king (without his request of her) so that she may save her people. Now she was aware that this mission may cost her life yet she was willing to take the risk. Esther is known for this familiar phrase “if I perish I perish” although the task before her was hard her desire to achieve something more was greater. She decided it was worth the pain when she considered the GAIN!!!!
what is it in your life that you want to accomplish? And the bigger question is how bad do u want it? The Bible says that God will give us the desire of our hearts; that doesn’t mean it will come with ease but it will come, so don’t give up when the going gets rough instead keep going because it’s alway too soon to quit
15 Then Esther sent this reply to Mordecai: 16 “Go, gather together all the Jews who are in Susa, and fast for me. Do not eat or drink for three days, night or day. I and my attendants will fast as you do. When this is done, I will go to the king, even though it is against the law. And if I perish, I perish.” Esther 4:15-16
What is Love?

It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others it is not self seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.Love does not delight in evil but rejoices in the truth. it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. LOVE NEVER FAILS. 1 Corinthians 13:4-8
So I was at work and I was telling my co worker about this reading blog. And the next thing I know we are spending all this time sharing “must reads”. When she said, Orphan Train I was like REALLY? (i was so excited) that’s on my reading list i said. But i had to come clean and admit I have no idea what the book is about. I JUDGED THE BOOK BY ITS COVER and put it on my personal must read list. My coworker told me what the book is about. All I’m gonna say is READ IT!!!!
Word of the day: “Keep thy heart with all diligence for out of it are the issues of life” ~Prov. 4:23
Praise the Lord. It’s a very early start for me but praise God, I have eyes that see, and ears that hear.
The word of the day comes from James 1:22 ” But be doers of the word and not hearers only, deceiving yourself ”
May God’s peace & blessings be with you always
Father God In the name of Jesus; thank You. Thank You for waking me up this morning and starting me on my way, I thank You for my life, health and strength. God I thank You because your grace and mercy is brand new every day. I give thanks to You o Lord because You do not fail nor do you cease to amaze me. I thank You because You are the forgiver of sin. Thank you for being ever so faithful and kind towards me. Most of all Lord thank You for loving me unconditionally. Amen.
Devote yourselves to prayer, being watchful and thankful.
